Motivation / rationale of the programme
For a property management company, compliance with all legislation applicable to property practitioners is a critical focus of the business. The industry is heavily regulated by various important regulations, and it takes intricate knowledge of the specific legislation that governs this area to ensure that there is compliance with all these regulations.
The purpose of the programme
This programme is designed to help you understand the legislation pertaining to property management and to guide you in managing compliance to the main Acts. It will greatly assist Principal agents who are ultimately responsible for the compliance of the Estate Agency, but will also be of great value to any property manager or Full Status agent who needs to oversee a function of the Estate Agency.
